Nestling in the heart of the valley, this family estate bears witness to the tenacity of its owners over the centuries. Today, Andy and Vanessa carry on this heritage with passion. The 11 hectares of vines at Domaine du Château de Bioul, rooted in the Condroz region, are the fruit of a dream come true. Certified organic since 2020, these vines are carefully nurtured with respect for the environment and biodiversity. The estate’s philosophy is simple: to combine tradition and modernity while preserving the fragile balance of nature. Environmentally-friendly practices guide every stage of viticulture, preserving the richness of the Bioul terroir.

The flavours of Anso
Discover the authentic flavours of the region with “Les Saveurs d’Anso”, our partner in dairy products. Anne-Sophie, a passionate farmer from the Condroz region, offers you a wide range of fresh dairy products, including ice creams, butter and yoghurts, as well as other local delicacies in a short circuit. You can savour these delights in our various formulas! But Les Saveurs d’Anso doesn’t just produce yoghurt and ice cream: it’s a real farm where Anne-Sophie looks after her animals, milking the cows and feeding the calves every morning. Bertrand Bourgeau’s butchery
Discover the quality and craftsmanship of Bertrand Bourgeau, one of our partners in meat and charcuterie. Bertrand Bourgeau carefully selects quality meats from local farms that he visits regularly, ensuring that the meat he offers comes from a guaranteed source. The charcuterie department offers an impressive variety of artisanal products. Since taking over in 2010, Bertrand Bourgeau has been carrying on the family tradition, with quality, personalised service and short distribution channels as his watchwords.

Bossimé Farm
Discover the Ferme de Bossimé, our partner for dishes prepared with care using local seasonal produce. Located in Loyers, the farm is committed to cooking with the seasons, favouring passionate local producers. They are also concerned about the environment, packaging their dishes in glass jars to reduce waste. Led by chef Ludovic Vanackere, this sustainable project aims to promote sustainable gastronomy and support the local economy. The Ferme de Bossimé restaurant offers a selection of local, seasonal produce, promoting short supply chains and the development of local employment.
